Support Worker (Learning Disability & Mental Health)
Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate and resilient Support Workers to provide high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across various UK settings. You will be instrumental in fostering independence and long-term well-being for those in your care.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred assistance informed by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles.
- Facilitating community engagement and social inclusion through meaningful local activities.

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Promoting independence by assisting with daily living tasks and life skills development.
- Ensuring detailed and accurate daily recording and reporting in line with care standards.
- Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support plans.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
- Updated social care training and relevant NVQ/QCF qualifications (preferred).
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory professional references.
