Care Worker (Domiciliary Care)
Role Overview
As a Care Worker specializing in Domiciliary Care, you will provide essential support to individuals within their own homes. This community-based role is at the heart of our mission, enabling service users to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through tailored, person-centred assistance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting service users with personal care and hygiene routines.
- Supporting daily living tasks, including light housework and meal preparation.
- Providing timely medication prompts and compliance monitoring.
- Offering meaningful companionship and emotional support to combat isolation.

Key Requirements
- Previous care experience (domiciliary or residential) is highly desirable.
- Completion of mandatory healthcare training or a willingness to undergo induction.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Must undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Provision of at least two satisfactory professional or clinical references.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable not

Basic knowledge of safeguarding and infection control
